The '07 Shelby GT-500 is a Hot Wheels casting based on the production car of the same name, debuting in the 2008 New Models. The success of the new 2005 Mustang made it almost inevitable for Ford and Shelby to reconvene for the first time in decades, to recreate the old successes of the past.
