1948 Porsche No. 1 Typ 356 Roadster Maisto 1:18

The Porsche 356/1 was the first real car created by Ferdinand "Ferry" Porsche. This prototype car was a two-seater open roadster with a mid-mounted, air-cooled flat-4 engine of 1,131 cc displacement that produced 40 horsepower (30 kW). While the body was an original design, most of the mechanicals (including engine and suspension) were derived from the Volkswagen Beetle which Ferry's father, Ferdinand Porsche, had designed.

The aluminum roadster body of the 356/1 was designed by Porsche employee Erwin Komenda in April 1948 at Gmünd and completed only a month later. Smooth and low, the 356/1 set the pattern for later 356s with one fundamental difference; the engine of the production cars was moved behind the rear axle (to reduce costs and make room for two additional seats). The car was registered by the state of Carinthia (Kärnten) with the license plate K45-286 and made its maiden voyage on June 8, 1948.

1955 Chevy Nomad Custom Hot Wheels 1:64

From Fandom:
The Classic Nomad was a car in the 1970 Hot Wheels series, based on the 1955 Chevrolet Nomad, part of Chevy's top-of-the-line Bel-Air series.

All versions were issued with clear windows, a white interior, cap-style wheels, and an unpainted metal base with a USA manufacturing location.

After being out of the line-up for 21 years the '55 Chevy Nomad was retooled for the 1991 California Customs series. It was named either the '55 Nomad or Classic Nomad depending on what series it was released in.

For the 2018 release, the Nomad was retooled again. The body and front fascia was given an overhaul. The hood scoops are now more prominent.

1970 Ford Mustang BOSS 429 M2 Machines 1:24

The Boss 429 Mustang is a high performance Ford Mustang variant that was offered by Ford in 1969 and 1970. It's worth noting that famed engine builder Jon Kasse currently reproduces the iconic cylinder heads that make up the "boss 9" engine architecture.

The Boss 429 is recognized as being among some of the rarest and highly valued muscle cars to date. In total there were 1359 original Boss 429s made. The origin of the Boss 429 was to fulfil Ford's need to homologate the 429 semi-hemispherical engine for NASCAR racing. Ford was seeking to develop an engine that would better compete with the 426 Hemi from Chrysler in NASCAR's Grand National Division, now known as the NASCAR Cup Series. NASCAR's homologation rules required that at least 500 cars be fitted with this motor and sold to the general public. After much consideration, it was decided by Ford that the Mustang would be the car that would house this new engine.
